A little quick background - I was born and raised in Belize and grew up around culture and stories. From the fairytales, I enjoyed as a young girl to the very real stories about my heritage and the people around me - they all fueled a creative desire in me. A desire that led me to pursue creative fields in hopes of not only bringing stories to life but also bringing stories to others.

Life led me to Savannah, Georgia where I graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design and an MFA in Writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design. I also developed a passion for higher education and higher ed administration after working in Res Life for 5 years.

With my work featured in Savannah Magazine, Her Campus, District, Square 95, and Port City Review, I’m eager to keep on this creative journey and do what I love most - storytelling.
